Link Voter ID to Aadhaar Card?
Aadhaar can be linked with voter ID through the Voter Service Portal. You require being logged in into the Voter Service Portal officially to link your Voter ID with your Aadhaar card.
- Step 1: Go to the Voters’ Service Portal and click the option ‘Forms’.
- Step 2: If you are registered, enter your mobile number, password and captcha code and click ‘Login’.
- Step 3: Not registered? Click on Sign up option to register yourself. Enter your mobile number, captcha code and click on Send OTP. Enter the required details such as OTP, your EPIC number, password and click Register button.
- Step 4: After you have registered, now log in by entering your mobile number and password.
- Step 5: Click on ‘Form 6B’. Select the state and your Assembly/Parliamentary Constituency.
- Step 6: Fill in your personal details, enter OTP, Aadhaar number and click on Preview button.
- Step 7: Click on “Submit”. Application tracking number will be received now.

How to Link the Aadhaar with Voter ID from a Phone?
By calling at 1950, one can link his Aadhaar card with Voter ID on all weekdays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Linking Voter ID to Aadhaar through Offline Methods:
Voter ID can also be linked with Aadhaar through application submission to the respective Booth Level Officer (BLO), who will then verify the information before it either reflects in the records.
How to Link Voter ID with Aadhaar Card through Voter Helpline App?
You may link your Aadhaar card with your Voter ID by downloading the Voter Helpline App from the Google Play Store or from the App Store. Follow the below steps to link Aadhaar to your Voter ID using the Voter Helpline App:
- Step 1: Download the Voter Helpline App from Google Play Store or App Store.
- Step 2: After setting it up, choose the ‘Voter Registration’ option.
- Step 3: Click on the ‘Electoral Authentication Form (Form 6B)’ and select ‘Lets Start’.
- Step 4: Enter the official mobile number linked with your Aadhaar card.
- Step 5: Enter the OTP sent to the registered number and click on ‘Verify’.
- Step 6: Next, select ‘Yes I Have Voter ID’, click ‘Next’. Enter your Voter ID number (EPIC) and the required details.
- Step 7: Click on ‘Proceed’, enter Aadhaar number, place of authentication, registered mobile number and click ‘Done’ button.
- Step 8: Check the details and click on ‘Confirm’ for the submission of your Form 6B. You will be issued a reference number to track the status of your application.
