About Patiala District

Patiala district is one of the famous princely states of erstwhile Punjab. Forming the south-eastern part of the state, it lies between 29°49’ and 30°47’ north latitude, 75°58’ and 76°54’ east longitude. It is surrounded by the districts of Fatehgarh Sahib, Rupnagar and the Union Territory of Chandigarh in the north, Sangrur district in the west, Ambala and Kurukshetra districts of neighbouring state of Haryana in the east and Kaithal district of Haryana in the south.

Guide to Elections Patiala Portal

The Elections Patiala web portal is designed for user convenience and efficiency. Users start by clicking the flashing "Click Here" button located at the top right of the homepage, which navigates them to another page. Here, users can find their voting booth by first selecting their constituency and then searching by either booth name or booth number. Each booth tile displays the number of people currently in queue and the last update time. Clicking on a booth tile opens a popup with detailed booth information. Additionally, the portal includes a form for users requiring assistance from booth staff. Once submitted, these requests are sent directly to the election staff, who then contact the user to provide the necessary support.
